Executive Director

Stacy officially began her duties on July 1, 2024. Prior to joining the MN PIE organization, Stacy spent 18 years as the Office Manager working in the Sales and Marketing Division of Applewood Pointe Cooperative Communities. As part of the Pohlad Companies, Applewood Pointe, was the residential arm of real estate developer, United Properties and the leader in senior cooperative housing for 20 years. During Stacy’s tenure, she worked with the development of 17 communities and over 1,500 homes in the Twin Cities metro area.

Stacy’s strengths lie in event planning and organization—the crux of her previous position, and the hiring committee felt that these skills would serve her well as she takes the helm, and begins transitioning MN PIE for the next decade of employee training and development.

In her spare time, Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband of 26 years, Joey, and their German Shorthair Pointer, Tripp, at their home in Princeton. She also enjoys hosting ladies Bunco nights, riding ATV’s, and visiting family in California, Colombia, and the Philippines.
